Fire Sprinkler Save @ Mugs Coffee Shop, Fort Collins
11 years ago I was given an opportunity by Steve and Missy Levenger, owners of the Armstrong Hotel Building, to provide them with a fire sprinkler system for their historic building restoration in downtown Fort Collins, Co., and yesterday it all came together, we had a fire sprinkler save! A small fire broke out in the basement and triggered a single fire sprinkler head. No one was hurt and property damage was minimal. This is why we do what we do! Thanks to Poudre Fire Authority for Tweeting the incident, and all of my good friends for keeping their eye on our community.

PEX Fire Sprinkler System
Flow Fire Protection, Inc. is now proud to offer PEX fire protection products for NFPA 13D (single family residences) fire sprinkler systems. This piping system has many advantages over other types of materials some of which include superior flow characteristics, Corrosion resistance, and proven longevity.
Local System
Here are a few pictures of some pipe we are replacing at a local business. It is a dry system that was installed in the mid 70's. This is a good reason to ensure a proper maintenance schedule is developed right from the commissioning of a new system.
